beer jelly mise en place

Today am making some jelly. Framboise jelly. Using this recipe: this recipe.
But for the pectin I am using this recipe: this cores and skins recipe but you could also usethis recipe from whole apples. Note on that first recipe that it mentions a Duchesse De Bourgogne variant. I will be making a batch of that too. Two beer jellies. One that non-beer drinkers will love. One that will hit even the most dedicated beer drinker upside the face.
