What else can you do with roast beef? You can take a standard pasta sauce[0] and thin slice maybe 3/4 pound of the roast beef and toss it in the sauce while it simmers. Pile the sauce on some freshly made and cooked semolina pasta cut into 1 inch strips.

[0] 28 oz can of tomatoes (crushed, pureed or sauce), 2-4 cloves minced garlic, 1 tbsp oregano, 1 tbsp basil, 1/4 cup olive oil, 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper, 1/2 tsp rosemary, 1/2 tsp salt. Bring the heat up to medium high and once it starts bubbling turn it down to a simmer for 3-120 minutes
