Servings: 2 cups
1 cup water
1/2 cup cocoa powder
2 cups sugar
1/8 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
+ Place water in a sauce pan
+ Whisk in the cocoa
+ Turn the heat on medium high
+ Whisk in the sugar
+ When it gets to a boil lower heat to medium
+ Boil for 5 minutes whisking to avoid boil over
+ Whisk in the salt and vanilla
+ Let cool at room temp or in an ice bath
+ Pour it into a glass jar or swing top bottle
! Store in fridge
! Use within a few months
