1 avocado
1/3 cup buttermilk (or substitute)
3 Tbsp white wine vinegar
1/2 tsp dried dill
1/2 tsp garlic powder or one clove fresh garlic
+ Remove the seed from the avocado and scoop the pulp into a small food processor
+ Add the rest of the items to the food processor
+ Blend until smooth
+ Taste it and add more vinegar if it hasn't got enough tang
