Things made so far today: nine bean soup, pickled pepper eggs, sauerkraut, dried coconut and more jarred sardines. Working on right now: dried mango. Still need to do: mustard, chocolate syrup.

Time to make some smoked turkey nine bean soup. In the pot is some home made Rotel. Fire roast some tomatoes and an anaheim chili, rub the skins off, de-seed them and chop them up, throw in the pan with some salt and lime juice. Heat until everything starts to go mushy. Is using tomato paste from a can cheating if you are making a meal from scratch?
